For nearly a month, I have been dealing with an ongoing issue related to a shoe order I placed through Adidas’s official website, and I have received defective products three times in a row. My order numbers are ATR91213772, ATR91232700, and ATR91247748. The items were delivered twice to my address in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, and once to my address in Arnavutköy.

In the first delivery, the shoes I received had clearly been returned before and were sent back to me without any inspection. The box had not even been opened, and inside I found a return label. Additionally, the Mercedes logo on the shoe was visibly crooked. I initiated a return for this item.

In the second delivery, the shoes arrived with crushed toe boxes and noticeable glue stains inside. I had to start another return process for this defective product as well.

Hoping to finally receive a proper item, I placed a third order. However, in the third delivery, Adidas sent me the exact same defective pair from the first shipment—the one with the crooked Mercedes logo. This time, the shoes were not even wrapped properly; they were thrown into a damaged box without any protective packaging.

This entire experience shows a serious lack of quality control and professionalism. I have never encountered such poor service, even with much lower-tier brands. I have already initiated returns for two of the orders, and after this experience, I no longer wish to shop from Adidas. I request a full refund for all products sent under these orders due to repeated defective and unchecked items. I also ask that Adidas conduct a thorough investigation into this issue and take necessary steps to prevent similar situations in the future. After this experience, I cannot recommend Adidas to anyone, and I seriously question how a brand operating at this level maintains a partnership with Mercedes.
