Adidas Price Policy And Excessive Price Difference

I purchased the "Crazychaos 2000" model shoes (Product Code: IH0308) for ₺4,799 from Adidas’ official website/application with the tracking number ADS50419109-11. The product was delivered to me on Wednesday, May 6th. Shortly after receiving my order, I saw that the exact same model, with the same color and size options, is being sold for ₺2,965.90 by an Adidas-authorized dealer on Trendyol. On the product page, there is also a statement saying “lowest price of the last 10 days,” which shows that this serious price difference has been valid for at least the last 10 days covering the period of my purchase. I find it neither fair nor acceptable that the same Adidas product is offered by an authorized dealer at a price approximately ₺1,833 lower than on Adidas’ own official website. As a customer who prefers to buy directly from the brand for reliability, encountering such a large and ongoing price difference damages my trust. I kindly request that a price adjustment be made and the price difference between my purchase and the price offered by the authorized dealer on Trendyol be refunded to my card. I expect this situation to be reviewed carefully and resolved in a way that protects consumer trust.
