Adidas Delayed Shipping My Order - I Still Have No Shoes

On August 9th, I ordered a pair of shoes from the official Adidas retailer through Hepsiburada for ₺3,054. My delivery address is Aydın. Initially, my order was scheduled to ship on Monday, but four days later, it still hasn't shipped. The shipping date keeps getting pushed back; currently, the system says it will ship on Monday, August 18th, with an estimated delivery date of August 21st. My order number is 4063351236. When I contacted customer service about the issue, they told me they had submitted my complaint and that I could cancel the order if I wanted. However, I don't want to cancel the product; I want my order shipped and delivered to me as soon as possible. This delay in an order from Turkey has inconvenienced me. There are no other issues or errors with my order; I simply request that it be shipped and the process expedited. I request that this issue be resolved immediately and that my order be delivered to me as soon as possible.
