Can't Get My adidas Shoes And Can't Get My Money Back!
On 03.04.2026, I purchased two pairs of shoes with the models IG6045 and ID4045 via adidas.com.tr with the order number ATR91151290, and an amount of ₺5,138 was charged to my credit card. Despite the fact that 42 days have passed since the purchase date, the products have still not been delivered to me. During this period, I created a return request both to find out the status of my order and to obtain a refund, and I spoke with customer service 5 times. Each time I was told that they had no information about my order, that they could not make a refund because the invoice had not been issued, and that they could not contact the warehouse directly, only by e-mail. I was also informed that they had not received any response from the warehouse, and thus the process was left unresolved. For a long time, I have neither been able to receive my products nor to get back the ₺5,138 I paid. I request that my order be shipped to me immediately; if this is not possible, I demand that the full amount I paid be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible without any excuses.
