Adidas Order Canceled Due to Stock Issue After Black Friday Purchase
During Black Friday week, I made a purchase through the Adidas app for a product priced at ₺10,749. After the Black Friday discount, it was reduced to ₺7,524, and with an additional coupon, I secured it for ₺5,643. However, on November 28, 2024, I was notified that my order from November 19, 2024, was canceled due to insufficient stock.
If the item was out of stock, why was it listed for sale? This cancellation has left me at a disadvantage since the 39 1/3 size I need is no longer available. Adidas's actions have caused significant inconvenience. I am requesting a resolution to this issue and for my purchase to be honored at the original price.
