Abercrombie & Fitch Voucher Deception: Misleading €50 Discount Offer
Abercrombie & Fitch lured me into purchasing with a €50 voucher, but using it turned out to be a scam. I ordered several items, assuming the voucher would be applied automatically—wrong! I was given a mere €3 discount. Outraged, I contacted customer service, explaining that the voucher was my sole reason for purchasing and demanded its proper application. They rudely insisted that the voucher could not be applied. This level of customer unfriendliness and audacity is unacceptable! I will never order from Abercrombie & Fitch again and strongly advise against it. To make matters worse, they charge an outrageous €5 return fee. Avoid this company! Don’t be fooled by seemingly attractive vouchers that end up being empty promises. There are plenty of reputable companies that treat their customers fairly.
