Returning some clothes to Abercrombie & Fitch turned into a complete hassle. Instead of refunding the legally required return shipping costs, they shamelessly tried to impose both outbound and return shipping fees on me. That's what I call blatant scamming! Only after persistent insistence and citing the legal regulation that sellers must bear shipping costs for legitimate returns, did they reluctantly back down. But there's no generosity here, it's simply a legal obligation! This experience left me profoundly disappointed. Instead of seeking customer-friendly solutions, Abercrombie & Fitch seems intent on enriching themselves at the expense of buyers. For me, this is an absolute deal-breaker, and I'll never order from them again. I strongly advise everyone else to steer clear of such unfair business practices. Fortunately, there are plenty of reputable providers with customer-oriented service where you can shop relaxed and fairly!
