Missing Abercrombie & Fitch Order Complaint
I was super stoked to splurge on some seriously rad clothes from Abercrombie & Fitch, totaling over €200. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly faded when the package failed to show up. However, I was told that the order was supposedly returned to the sender, even though I never requested a return. I was perplexed, so I contacted Abercrombie & Fitch, but they firmly declined to resend the clothes. Despite their repeated promises to provide a refund as compensation, I waited in vain for the money to be returned. After weeks of constant communication and unfulfilled commitments, I reached my breaking point. Fortunately, PayPal's dispute resolution system came to my rescue and ultimately ruled in my favor. Reflecting on it now, it was an avoidable source of stress and a futile use of time. This is certainly not the standard of customer service that should be expected. Now, I just hope to finally receive a refund and avoid going through this ordeal in the future.
