Gesmoda Sent a Defective Product and Refused to Issue a Refund

I ordered a product from Gesmoda, and despite the item arriving with clear stitching defects, the company refused to issue a refund. They told me that they would only offer an exchange. I accepted the exchange option, but they still made me pay the return shipping fee, even though the fault was entirely theirs.

I chose not to file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Authority at the time because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle, but I am writing this to inform other customers. People do not earn their money easily, and customers should not be held responsible for the seller’s mistakes.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I will never purchase from Gesmoda again.
