My 7Slots Withdrawal Requests Blocked by Document Verification Errors

Four days ago, I requested a withdrawal of ₺19,000 from the 7Slots site using the bank transfer method. In the past, I have withdrawn funds from this platform without any issues, but this time my withdrawal request remains stuck on “payment processing” with no progress.
Additionally, the same issue exists for another withdrawal request of ₺900 (Transaction ID: 1093113704). For the first time, I received a document verification error. I took clear photos of my ID exactly as requested, even using different devices, and submitted them. However, the system keeps rejecting them with a “blurry image” warning, and the verification is never approved.
When I contacted customer service, they only repeated “verify documents” without providing a clear solution or timeframe. My account does not have any restrictions or blocks.
I request that my withdrawals be completed as soon as possible and that the document verification process be properly explained to me.
