I deposited ₹2,500 into my 4rabet account via UPI on April 5 at approximately 12:27 a.m. using Google Pay.
The amount has been debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance.
I have the UPI transaction/reference ID available in my Google Pay history and can provide it if needed.
I contacted 4rabet customer support regarding this issue, and they informed me that they have received the payment and that it is currently being processed. However, despite this, the funds have still not appeared in my account, and the delay is causing significant inconvenience.
I request that the ₹2,500 be credited to my 4rabet account as soon as possible, or that a clear and prompt resolution be provided regarding this pending deposit.
