I Face 4rabet Deposit Issue With $120 Not Credited

I made two separate deposits on the 4rabet website on April 8, 2026, via UPI using PhonePe, but neither of these deposits has been credited to my 4rabet account. The first deposit of ₹5,000 was made at around 8:25 AM, and the second deposit of ₹5,000 was made at around 8:07 PM on the same day, for a total of ₹10,000.
Both transactions were successfully completed on PhonePe, and I have the payment details. The transaction IDs are 454437969712 and 696936064110. Despite the payments being successful on my side, my 4rabet balance has not been updated.
I contacted 4rabet customer support regarding this issue, but they only keep telling me to wait for confirmation from the payment provider and do not provide any clear information, solution, or timeframe. It has been extremely frustrating to see no progress even after sharing all the necessary transaction details.
I request that my total amount of ₹10,000, related to these two failed deposits, be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why the deposits were not credited to my 4rabet account even though both transactions show as successful on PhonePe.

Kindly reply, I'm done now. It's going above my head. The payment was made to a merchant named “F M Tour and Travels.” I found their number on Google and contacted them directly about this transaction. When I reached out, they started abusing me and clearly stated that they would never confirm the transaction. Their behavior and refusal to cooperate have made me seriously doubt the legitimacy of this merchant, and I am concerned that my money may be being used for illegal activities in Kashmir. Till date. I've not received my money.
