I deposited ₹2,000 into my 4rabet main wallet via UPI on March 21, 2026, at 6:22 PM. The transaction was successful on my bank’s side, and the amount was deducted from my account.
The UPI UTR number for this transaction is 608038545820, and my registered email on 4rabet is boksha***@gmail.com.
Even after more than 8 days, this ₹2,000 has still not been credited to my 4rabet account, and the transaction status on your platform continues to show “ERROR.” This is not a normal delay and raises serious concerns about how user funds are being handled.
I contacted 4rabet customer support on the same day, March 21, 2026, and multiple times afterward through your support channels. However, I keep receiving the same generic responses such as “please wait” and “your money is safe,” without any real progress, clear explanation, or resolution timeline.
On the day of the transaction, I also contacted the payment provider directly. They confirmed that the payment was approved within 15–20 seconds and that the amount was successfully debited from their side. This clearly proves that the transaction was completed successfully on the payment provider’s end.
Despite this, your support team continues to claim that the funds are still “with the payment provider,” which directly contradicts the official confirmation I received.
I request that you immediately either credit the ₹2,000 to my 4rabet main wallet or process a full refund of ₹2,000 back to my bank account. I also request a clear written explanation of where my money is currently held and when this issue will be fully resolved.
All transaction proofs and communication records are available and can be shared upon request. After such a long delay and conflicting information, this situation is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt and concrete resolution.
