I Face 4rabet Deposit Issue With ₹2000 Not Credited After UPI Payment

I am writing to report an issue with a deposit that has not been reflected in my 4rabet account. On April 12, 2026, at approximately 6:50 PM, I deposited ₹2000 into my 4rabet account via UPI, but the amount is still not showing in my account balance.
I contacted 4rabet customer support regarding this issue and was told that the transaction is still being processed, with a request to wait up to 24 hours. However, it has already been around 14 hours since I made the deposit, and the funds have still not been credited.
The UPI transaction was successfully completed, and I have the UTR number 928723049768 along with a screenshot as proof of payment. Despite this, there has been no update or resolution so far.
I request that my ₹2000 deposit be credited to my 4rabet account as soon as possible and that I be clearly informed once the issue has been resolved. I also expect a proper explanation for the delay to ensure this does not happen again in the future.

It is still showing as processing.

It’s already been 3 days, and they aren’t responding properly. No matter how you try to contact them, they only respond with the same messages. I want my money back.

Nothing worked. Instead, on the 4rabet site, it is now showing “abandoned” under payment history. I don’t know where my money is right now.
