I have two UPI deposits that have not been credited to my 4rabet account balance. The first deposit was ₹2,000 made via UPI on March 23, 2026, and the second deposit was ₹500 made via UPI on March 24, 2026. Both payments were successfully debited from my bank account, but they are still not reflected in my 4rabet balance.
I contacted 4rabet customer support through chat, but my messages have been ignored, and I have not received any clear response or solution. This situation is causing inconvenience because my money is stuck even though the payments were completed.
I kindly request that both of these deposits be reviewed and immediately credited to my 4rabet account linked to the mobile number 8208430403. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and confirmation once the amounts have been successfully added to my account balance.
