On 15/02/2026 I deposited ₺8,500 from my Ziraat Bank account to my 1xBet account with user ID 1200082***, but the money has still not been credited to my balance. Although the amount was withdrawn from my bank, it does not appear in my 1xBet account. After noticing this, I contacted 1xBet support and opened a ticket. I sent the payment receipt as requested, but I was told through the ticket that “more information is needed” and the process was prolonged. Despite providing the receipt, my issue was not properly handled and no concrete solution was offered. I request that my ₺8,500 deposit be urgently located and credited to my 1xBet account and that I be informed in writing about the result of this process.
