On August 9, 2025, at 13:31, I transferred ₺500 from my Ziraat Bank account ending in 5005 to my 1xBet account. I have the official bank receipt as proof of the transaction. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank balance, and there were no error messages during the process. However, even after 24 hours, the funds have still not been credited to my 1xBet account.
I attempted to contact 1xBet customer service multiple times regarding the delay, but I have not received any response—neither through live chat nor other available communication channels. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and it has left me unable to use my account as intended.
I request that ₺500 be credited to my account immediately and that 1xBet investigate and resolve this issue promptly to prevent similar problems for other users in the future. Holding funds without communication or action is unacceptable.
