About a month ago, on 29/11/2025, I made two separate deposits to my 1xBet account via Ziraat Bank, one for ₺3,500 and another for ₺5,000, to my customer account number 188381***. Although the transfers were successfully completed from my bank, neither of these amounts has been credited to my 1xBet balance. I submitted all receipts and documents requested by 1xBet and was given two ticket numbers related to these transactions. Despite this, for about a month the status only appears in the transaction history and no concrete action has been taken. Each time I contact customer service via live chat, the phone number on the website, or email, I receive the same standard response that the issue has been forwarded to the relevant department and will be resolved as soon as possible, but nothing has changed. I no longer trust the platform because my money has been held for this long without any explanation or solution, and this situation makes 1xBet look like a scam in my eyes. I request that the total amount I deposited, ₺3,500 and ₺5,000, be immediately either credited to my 1xBet account or fully refunded to my Ziraat Bank account. I do not intend to deposit money into this site again after this experience.
