1xBet Didn’t Credit My Bank Transfers And Keeps Asking Same Docs
I made two separate deposits to my 1xBet account via bank transfer from my Ziraat Bank account, but neither of them was credited to my balance. On 23/11/2025 I deposited ₺1,000, and on 29/11/2025 I deposited another ₺1,000, and a total of ₺2,000 was withdrawn from my bank account even though the money did not appear in my 1xBet account. I have bank receipts and transaction details for both transfers and I have already shared all the requested documents with 1xBet customer service. Despite this, they keep asking for the same documents repeatedly, which prolongs the process unnecessarily and I am tired of sending the same files over and over again, while my missing deposits are still not resolved. I request that the total amount of ₺2,000, corresponding to these two deposits that were withdrawn from my bank account but not reflected in my 1xBet account, be refunded to me as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved without any further delay.
