10cric Has Not Processed My ₹10,000 Withdrawal Since May 13
I have been facing an unresolved withdrawal issue with my 10cric account. On 13 May, I requested a withdrawal of 10,000 INR via bank transfer to my registered bank account, but the money has still not been credited. The transaction ID for this withdrawal is 6cf49d38-8250-48e3-8b20-f56133b19117. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted 10cric support. Each time, I receive the same automated-type response that the withdrawal is being processed and that I should be patient, without any real explanation or solution. During this entire period, I have checked my bank account and bank statements carefully, and there is no such credit. When the 10cric team asked, I also shared my bank statement with them multiple times to prove that the amount had not arrived, but nothing has changed, and I keep getting the same reply that it is under processing. Despite providing all the requested documents and waiting since 13 May, my 10,000 INR has still not reached my bank account. I request that 10cric immediately complete this withdrawal and credit the full amount of 10,000 INR to my bank account as per the original withdrawal request, or otherwise provide a clear and verifiable solution without any further delay.
