Netshort Charged Me for Movie Rentals I Never Authorized

I am a user in South Africa and I recently noticed that Netshort made unauthorized deductions from my account for movie rentals. On 14 June 2026 an amount of 38.99 was deducted, and on 16 June 2026 a second amount of 55.99 was taken without my authorization or any valid purchase on my side. On my bank statement, these transactions appear with the reference number GPA.3352-8100-4511-55123. I did not approve or intend to make these movie rental payments and I consider both deductions to be unauthorized. I request the immediate cancellation of any service or subscription that may be linked to these charges and a full refund of the amounts deducted on 14 June 2026 and 16 June 2026. I expect this issue to be investigated urgently and the refund to be processed back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
