Missing 91Club Deposit: ₹20,000 Deducted From Paytm but Not Added

I am using the 91Club Android app in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and on 14 June 2026 at around 01:23 pm I deposited ₹20,000 through Paytm using UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm account and the transaction was shown as successful, with UPI reference number 308002686549. The app also showed that the process was completed and everything was okay, but this deposit has still not been credited to my 91Club game wallet. Even though the money has been deducted and the transaction is successful, my 91Club game account balance has not increased, and I have not received the ₹20,000 in the game wallet. Because of this, I am unable to use the amount I have already paid. For the last 8 days I have been contacting 91Club customer care and submitting all the required proofs, but despite sending everything they requested, the issue has still not been resolved and the amount has not been credited. I request that my ₹20,000 deposit for UPI reference number 308002686549 be immediately credited to my 91Club game wallet as soon as possible, or otherwise the issue should be resolved in a way that I do not suffer any financial loss.
