Withdrawal Marked Successful But Funds Not Received

I using the 1win Android application and on 12 June 2026 at around 12:17 a.m. I requested a withdrawal of 4,500 to my Bank of Baroda (BOB) account. In the 1win app this withdrawal is shown as completed, with a message indicating that the money is in my account. However, my Bank of Baroda branch has clearly confirmed to me by phone that no such ount has been credited to my account. Despite this, the status in the 1win application still shows the withdrawal as done, and I do not see the 4,500 either in my bank account or returned to my 1win balance. I contacted 1win support about this, but I did not receive a clear or helpful answer, and the issue remine unresolved. I have never experienced such a problem before, and I very concerned that my money is stuck. I request that 1win urgently check this withdrawal, provide clear information about what went wrong, and either ensure that the 4,500 is immediately credited to my Bank of Baroda account or refund the full 4,500 back to my 1win wallet without any further delay.
