1win Shows My Withdrawal as Successful but the Money Never Arrived

I am writing regarding a withdrawal problem I am experiencing with my 1win account. I requested a withdrawal to my Bank of Baroda account on 26-05-2026, and in the 1win system the transaction is shown as “successful”, but the money has still not been received in my bank account. My 1win account ID is 51829943. Despite the app marking the withdrawal as completed, my Bank of Baroda account statement clearly shows that no such amount has been credited. I have had many successful withdrawals before and have not faced this kind of issue until now, which makes this situation even more worrying for me. I kindly request that this transaction be urgently investigated, that the payment trace details be checked on your side, and that my withdrawn amount be either credited to my Bank of Baroda account or returned to my 1win balance as soon as possible. I also ask to be informed in writing about the result of this investigation and the exact status of my funds.
