1Win Withdrawal Marked Successful but Money Not Received

I made a withdrawal request of 6,000 from my 1win account to my Bank of Baroda bank account on 30/12/2025. In the 1win system, the withdrawal status is showing as “successful”, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. Despite this status, my Bank of Baroda account balance has not changed and the amount has not been received. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response from them so far. I request that my 6,000 withdrawal either be transferred to my Bank of Baroda account without any further delay or, if this is not possible, that the amount be refunded to my 1win balance and the situation clarified in writing.
