1win UPI Deposit Missing After Paytm Payment and Support Failure



On 01/06/2026, I made a deposit of 4000 INR to my 1win account via UPI using the Paytm app. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account and I have a transaction/UPI reference number: 307236859814. However, this deposit has not been credited to my 1win balance. When I contacted 1win support about the missing deposit, I was informed that the payment failed verification and that I should contact support, but no clear solution or correction has been provided so far. I also tried to reach them by email, but the email was not working. I then contacted live support and waited for around four hours, yet they did not give me any real help and only told me that the appeal was resolved and then closed the chat, while my problem remained unsolved and my money was still missing. I request that my 4000 INR deposit made via UPI through Paytm on 01/06/2026, with reference number 307236859814, either be credited to my 1win account balance or immediately refunded back to my bank account. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and that it be resolved as soon as possible.
