UPI Deposit Not Credited To Account
I am reporting a missing UPI deposit to my 1win account. On June 22, 2026, I transferred ₹12,750 from my PhonePe account on my Android device to the provided Google Pay UPI address in the name of Amit S***, with the ID amit***@okicici. The transaction is marked as completed, and the UPI transaction ID is 841290384712. The funds were deducted from my State Bank of India account, but my 1win platform balance remains zero. I contacted 1win support regarding this issue but so far I have received only automated replies and no real assistance or resolution. This is unacceptable because the payment is clearly successful on the bank and UPI side, yet it is not reflected in my 1win balance. I request that you urgently perform a manual verification of this UPI ID and the above transaction and immediately credit the missing ₹12,750 to my 1win account, or otherwise resolve the issue without any further delay.
