1win Failed to Credit My UPI Deposit Despite Bank Confirmation
I am reporting a missing deposit of ₹5,500 on my 1win account. My account ID is 582*** and my email address is dipesh.k***[email protected]. On 16 June 2026, I transferred exactly ₹5,500 via UPI to the receiver address udayforfrd@oksbi, as provided by the platform. The payment was sent from the account of SOHAN LAL SO MAM CHAND. According to my official bank receipt, the transfer status is “Completed” with the UPI transaction ID 730956789312. Despite this successful bank transfer, my balance remains at zero and the ₹5,500 has not been credited to my account. Live chat support only provides automated responses and keeps asking me to wait, without giving any clear resolution or timeframe. I request that the finance department urgently and manually verify my UPI transaction ID 730956789312, confirm this deposit of ₹5,500, and credit the amount to my balance immediately. I also ask to be informed in writing once this verification has been completed and the funds have been credited.

The issue is resolved. A finance te representative contacted me shortly after I submitted this complaint. They manually verified the UPI transaction ID and confirmed that the funds reached their system. The delay was caused by a synchronization error with the local payment gateway. The ₹5,500 has been credited to my main balance. I am closing this ticket.
