My ₹25,000 UPI Payment to 1win Is Showing as Cancelled Despite a Successful Transaction on My End
I made a deposit to my 1win account on 20 June 2026 at around 12:07 p.m. via PhonePe UPI for an amount of 25,000 INR, with the UPI transaction/reference ID 280776948826. The payment was successfully completed on my side, but in my 1win account the transaction is shown as “cancelled,” and the money has not been credited. I contacted 1win customer support, and they told me to wait for 72 hours. However, it has already been three days since the transaction and the status has not changed, nor has the amount appeared in my balance. This situation is causing me serious concern because the funds have been debited from my account but I cannot use them on your platform. I request that 1win urgently investigate this transaction and immediately credit the 25,000 INR to my 1win account balance, or clearly explain the reason for the cancellation if there is any issue from your side. I expect this to be resolved without further delay, as I have provided all necessary transaction details and the payment has been confirmed as successful on my end.
I would also like to add one more thing. I initiated a deposit of Rs. 25,000, but the QR code provided to me showed an amount of Rs. 24,999.98 when scanned. If this is causing the issue, please make sure to check and verify it.
