The issue has been successfully resolved. Following this complaint, the finance department reached out and requested my bank receipt. After a manual review, they confirmed that the funds were indeed received but the system failed to update the status due to a synchronization error with the Vip Havale gateway. The 250 TRY deposit was manually credited to my account, and I can now use my balance.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a failed financial transaction and the withholding of my funds by 1win. On March 3, 2026, at 10:25 AM, I initiated a deposit of ₺250 to fund my account using the “Vip Havale” payment method. The transaction was successfully processed by my bank, the amount of ₺250 was deducted from my personal account, and I received an official receipt confirming that the transfer was completed. Despite this, when I checked my transaction history on the platform, the deposit appeared as “Canceled” and my account balance remained at zero. In other words, 1win has received the payment from my bank, but the corresponding amount has not been credited to my balance, and the service I paid for has not been provided. I request that the finance team urgently and manually verify this payment in their system, compare it with their bank records, and immediately credit the missing ₺250 to my 1win account balance without any further delay.
