I am writing this because I am completely exhausted by the lack of actual support on this platform. My account ID is **** and my email is dav****@gmail.com. I made a significant deposit of exactly 999 USDT to fund my account, using the Tron (TRC20) network. As you can clearly see from my wallet screenshot, the transaction status is marked as "Completed". The funds were successfully sent to the exact deposit address provided by your system: TCYoC47d3VEtjUfTd22HZc3GbkcFiQwBU3. I also provided the live chat with the Transaction ID (af33B...A1f9a) as undeniable proof that the digital assets reached your wallet. Despite this hard evidence, my platform balance remains at absolutely zero. I have contacted live support multiple times, but I only receive useless automated responses telling me to "wait for the payment gateway to synchronize". TRC20 transfers take minutes, not hours or days. I demand that a real human from the finance department manually checks my TxID on the blockchain and credits my 999 USDT immediately.

"The issue has been sorted out. A senior manager from the 1win support team reached out to me directly. Apparently, there was a temporary payment gateway sync issue with crypto deposits on that specific day. My 300 USDT were manually credited to my account, plus they gave me a 20 USDT no-deposit bonus as an apology for the delay. Everything is fine now, fair play to them!"
