1win TRC20 Deposit Confirmed on Blockchain but Not Credited

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding a missing cryptocurrency deposit on the 1win platform. On June 8, 2026, at 15:10:11, I transferred 660 USDT to my funding account using the TRON (TRC20) network. The transaction is marked as “Succeeded” on the blockchain, yet my 1win account balance has not been updated and still shows no funds. The payment was sent exactly to the deposit address provided by your platform: TKrMTdAGfB3vzSJYbuJhi2fT9eDRkX3***. The full transaction hash is 1ba63cbd56795442b1a732e8fe54c397949763c7679f6a5e32df303691fd7***, which is undeniable proof that the funds have been successfully transferred on-chain to the address given by 1win. Despite this clear technical evidence, the deposit has not been credited to my account. I contacted your customer support, but the replies I received were generic and automated, without any serious attempt to check the blockchain records or to escalate the issue to the technical team. I find it unacceptable that a completed on-chain transaction to your official deposit address is being ignored in this way. I demand that your technical department manually verify the above transaction hash on the TRON (TRC20) network and immediately credit the 660 USDT to my 1win account without any further delay. I also request a written explanation of why this deposit was not automatically credited despite being successfully processed on the blockchain.
Hello! We understand why this situation raises concerns. Your transaction is still being processed, and the payment status has not yet been finalized on our side. Our specialists are already monitoring the operation and doing everything possible to complete the crediting process as quickly as possible. We also appreciate the detailed information you provided. The transaction data and hash will help speed up the verification and payment processing. As soon as the status changes, the next update will be provided to you.

The issue is resolved. After this complaint was posted, the financial team manually checked the transaction hash. They admitted there was a synchronization error with their TRON gateway. The 660 USDT has now been manually credited to my funding account.
