I recently requested a withdrawal of R1170 from my 1win account via bank transfer, but the withdrawal request was rejected. This issue has been ongoing for the past 2 days, and I still have not received my funds.
When I contacted 1win customer support, I was told that the withdrawal was rejected by the online provider. This was my first withdrawal attempt to this bank account, and I find it unacceptable that the process failed and that I have not received my money.
I also have a screenshot showing the rejected withdrawal as proof of the issue. I request that my R1170 withdrawal be processed and paid to me immediately, and that this matter be resolved without any further delay.
