Unfair Scam Ban On My Badoo Account And Request For Detail

My Badoo account registered with the email address “Ramosb***[email protected]” was blocked this year while I was using the application in Kenya. When I tried to log in, I saw an in‑app message stating that my account had been reported for scam. I have never scammed anyone, asked anyone for money, sent nudes, or engaged in any behaviour that violates the rules, so I believe this block is the result of a false or mistaken report. After my account was blocked, I contacted Badoo support and asked for a review of the decision. The only response I received was that the block on my account had been issued correctly, but no clear or detailed explanation, evidence, or examples of any alleged violation were provided. I have also previously had a paid subscription on this blocked account, which makes this situation even more disappointing, as I supported the platform financially and always aimed to use it in a safe and respectful way. I kindly request that my account and the reports against me be reviewed in detail once again. If there is no concrete evidence that I violated Badoo’s rules, I ask that my account be reactivated and the unjust “scam” label associated with it be removed. In addition, I would like to receive a clear and transparent explanation of the decision taken regarding my account so that I can clear my name from these unfair accusations and continue using the platform properly.
