I am experiencing an unresolved issue with a withdrawal from my 1win account to my Capitec bank account. On January 31, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of R2,000, but the funds were never received in my Capitec account.
Within my 1win account, the withdrawal initially showed as “pending” and was later marked as “canceled.” I contacted 1win support, and they informed me that everything is fine with my 1win account. However, they did not provide a clear explanation as to why the withdrawal was canceled or why I have not received the money.
I am requesting that my R2,000 (approximately $107 USD) withdrawal be successfully reprocessed so that I receive the funds in my Capitec account, or that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation along with a proper resolution regarding this canceled withdrawal.
