I am writing to dispute a charge of £79.99 that was taken from my account on 14 April 2026 by eDreams for a Prime membership that I did not knowingly authorise or consent to. The amount was ultimately withdrawn through my PayPal account. I was not aware that any subscription had been activated with eDreams, nor did I intend to authorise any recurring membership payments. When I discovered that the payment had been taken, I immediately raised a chargeback through my Lloyds banking app and also disputed the transaction through PayPal. Despite this, the funds have since been taken from my account again, which has caused me significant financial concern and placed me under financial strain. I would like to make clear that I did not knowingly agree to an eDreams Prime subscription, I did not intend to authorise recurring payments, and I took prompt action to dispute the charge as soon as I became aware of it. I am requesting a full refund of the £79.99 charged and written confirmation that any associated eDreams Prime subscription or recurring billing agreement linked to my details has been fully cancelled, so that no further payments can be taken. I kindly ask that you investigate this payment urgently and return the funds to my account as soon as possible.
