On 30 January 2026 I requested a withdrawal of R2600 from my 1win betting account. The withdrawal has still not been paid out and the money has not reflected in my bank account, even though I have been waiting since that date. My application number for this withdrawal is PMNT-4309353 and my 1win account ID is 339308***. I was informed that I should wait 7 days, but this period has passed and I still have not received the payment or any explanation for the delay. During this time, I have repeatedly tried to contact 1win support. I have sent emails, tried calling, and reached out via social media, but I have not received any response from any of these channels. I request that my withdrawal be paid into my bank account immediately and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this delay.
