Free Fire Account UID Banned After Being Hacked

I am writing regarding my Free Fire account, UID 133595552, which was banned around 2022–2023. My account was hacked by someone else, and that person used cheats or hacks on my account. Because of this, my account was banned even though I personally never used any hacks or illegal programs. I have already contacted Free Fire/Garena customer support and clearly explained that my ID had been hacked and that I did not use any cheats myself. However, despite my explanations, my problem has not been resolved and the ban on my account is still active. I kindly request that my account, UID 133595552, be thoroughly re‑investigated and unbanned, as I have not committed any violation myself. I want to regain access to my account and continue playing fairly, and I ask you to review the situation once more and correct this unfair ban decision.
