My 1win Account Was Restricted
I am writing regarding my 1win game account, which I use on iOS. My account with ID 352427***, registered under the username olujimiolowook*** and linked to the email address jaym***[email protected] and phone number 09120788***, was suddenly blocked on 6 March 2026 without any reason or explanation. I had just created this account and had a pending balance of 50,000 in my game account at the time it was blocked. When I attempted to log in after the block, I did not receive any clear error message or justification, and my access to the account was completely restricted. Following this, I tried to contact 1win support, but I have not received any response so far. Not getting any information about the reason for the block and not being able to access my pending balance is causing me serious concern. I request that my game account be urgently reviewed and reopened, and that my access to the pending 50,000 in my balance be restored. If there is any allegation or reason for blocking, I also expect a clear, written explanation to be provided.
