1win Cancelled My ₹20,000 PhonePe Deposits Without Refund or Credit

I am writing regarding a serious problem I faced with the 1win website and application related to my deposits made through PhonePe. On 23/05/26, I made two UPI payments via PhonePe, one of ₹19,000 and another of ₹1,000, which were successfully debited from my bank account. However, on 1win, these deposits were shown as cancelled, and the amount has neither been credited to my 1win account nor returned to my bank account. I have tried to reach 1win support many times, but despite multiple attempts, there has been no proper solution or resolution of my issue. This situation is causing me financial and mental stress, as ₹20,000 is a significant amount, and I have already fulfilled my part of the transaction. I also have transaction proofs and UTR numbers, which I am ready to provide and attach to this complaint. I request 1win to urgently check these two PhonePe UPI payments made on 23/05/26 and either immediately credit the total amount of ₹20,000 to my account or refund the full amount back to my PhonePe-linked bank account. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, and a clear confirmation to be shared with me after the refund or credit is completed.
