I made a UPI deposit of 9,900 to my 1win account on 26 May, but the amount has still not been credited to my balance. The money was successfully deducted from my UPI, yet it is not visible in my 1win account. I immediately contacted 1win customer support the same day and also the next day, and I have sent four emails to the customer care email address with all the necessary attachments and details. My application/reference number for this issue is SPP-353352. Despite providing all the information and documents, the problem has not been resolved and my balance has not been updated. I request that the 9,900 either be added to my 1win account balance without any further delay or, at the very least, be refunded back to my UPI. I also expect a clear explanation of why this delay occurred even after multiple follow-ups and submissions of proof.
