Money Deducted From My Account But Not Credited to 1win

On 28 February, I made a UPI deposit of 300 to my 1win account using the Fampay application. The amount was successfully debited from my bank (Damian) account, but it was not credited to my 1win balance. In my 1win account, the status of this deposit is shown as “cancelled”, even though the money has been taken from my bank. The UPI transaction number is 642589726925 and the Fampay transaction ID is FMPIB4724034834, and these are visible in my transaction history. I can provide full transaction details and screenshots if needed. I have contacted both 1win and Fampay support regarding this issue, but they have not provided any effective help or solution so far. My money is still missing between the two services. I request that the 300 which was debited from my Damian account be immediately added to my 1win account balance, or that a clear and fast solution be provided so that I do not lose this amount due to a technical or processing error.
