Samuell's Thank You Message
The issue is resolved. After this complaint was posted, the financial team manually checked the transaction hash. They admitted there was a synchronization error with their TRON gateway. The 150 USDT has now been manually credited to my funding account.

I am a registered user of 1win with ID 402*** and I am submitting a complaint about a missing cryptocurrency deposit that has not been credited to my account balance. On June 10, 2026, at 15:10, I transferred 150 USDT to my 1win funding account using the TRON (TRC20) network. The funds were sent to the exact deposit address provided by your platform: TKrMTdAGfB3vzSJYbuJhi2fT9eDRkX3***. On the blockchain, the transaction status is clearly shown as “Succeeded”. The full Transaction Hash is 1ba63cbd56795442b1a732e8fe54c397949763c7679f6a5e32df303691fd7***. Despite this clear technical proof and the correct use of the deposit address and network, my 1win balance still shows no funds, and the 150 USDT has not been credited to my account. Customer support responses so far have been generic and automated and have not taken the blockchain records or the transaction hash into account, nor have they provided any concrete solution. I request that your technical team manually verify the above Transaction Hash and the specified deposit address on the TRON (TRC20) network and promptly credit the 150 USDT to my 1win account without any further delay.
