1win Deposit Failed After Successful UPI Payment—No Refund Yet

I’m writing about an unresolved issue involving a canceled deposit on my 1win sports betting account (Account ID: 356204668).
On March 28, 2026, at approximately 10:31 AM, I deposited ₹500 into my 1win account using SBI UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my SBI bank account, and the UPI transaction shows as completed with reference ID 608703877681. However, in my 1win account, the transaction is marked as “canceled,” and the funds have neither been credited to my 1win balance nor refunded to my bank account.
I contacted 1win customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response or clear information about the status of this failed transaction. I also checked with my bank (SBI), and they confirmed that the money was successfully debited from my account and that the payment was completed on their end.
I request that this canceled deposit be urgently investigated and that the ₹500 deducted on March 28, 2026, at 10:31 AM be either credited to my 1win account or refunded to my SBI bank account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why this transaction was marked as canceled in my 1win account despite being successfully debited from my bank.
