I Face 1win Deposit Not Credited After Fampay Payment
I made a deposit of ₹350 to my 1win account on April 26, 2026 at 07:52 PM using Fampay, but although the money was successfully deducted from my Fampay account, it has still not been credited to my 1win balance.
The payment details are as follows: UTR: 648229041843 and Transaction ID: FMPIB5294664855. Despite the transaction appearing as completed on my side, the funds are missing from my 1win account.
I attempted to contact 1win support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is very frustrating, as my money is currently stuck with no clear update or resolution.
I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the ₹350 to my 1win account or refunding the full amount back to my Fampay account. I also ask to be clearly informed about the outcome of this issue.
