1win Balance Not Updated or Refunded

I made a deposit of ₹300 to my 1win account using the UPI payment method on 14 April at around 3:47 p.m., but the amount has still not been credited to my 1win balance. The payment was sent via UPI from the account 7340744987@fam to the UPI ID 12197991250@okbizaxis, and the transaction reference/ID is FMPIB5165257816. Since the money has been successfully debited from my bank account but is not visible in my 1win account, I am facing difficulties using your services. I request that this missing ₹300 deposit either be promptly credited to my 1win account or refunded back to my bank account linked to the above UPI as soon as possible. I expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and a quick resolution.
