1win Deposit Cancelled But Money Deducted
On 10 April at around 8:15 pm, I made a deposit of 300 INR to my 1win account using Fampay. The amount was deducted from my Fampay balance, but it was never added to my 1win balance. After some time, the transaction started showing as “cancelled” on 1win, but the money has still not been returned to me. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but they did not give me any clear response or solution, and my 300 INR is still stuck. I kindly request that my 300 INR be refunded back to my Fampay account as soon as possible, since the deposit was not credited to my 1win balance and the transaction is marked as cancelled. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved promptly so that the deducted amount is returned to me without any further delay.
