I Deposited ₺14,500 Into 1win But Still Haven’t Received It After 2 Days

I recently deposited ₺14,500 into my 1win account, but it’s been over two days and the funds still haven’t appeared in my balance. I’ve been using this platform for quite some time and have made several deposits before, but this is the first time I’ve encountered such a long and unexplained delay.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of clear communication or transparency about where the deposit is or what’s causing the delay. I’ve been checking my account regularly and trying to get answers, but no one seems to be providing any real updates on the status of my transaction.

A platform like 1win, which handles real money, should be far more responsive and reliable when it comes to users' financial transactions. When someone deposits a significant amount like ₺14,500, there should be immediate confirmation or, at the very least, timely support to resolve issues.

I’m requesting an urgent review and resolution of my deposit. This kind of delay severely damages trust in the platform, and unless it’s resolved quickly, I will seriously reconsider using 1win again.
