On May 19, 2025, I deposited ₺2,000 and an additional ₺130 as a test into my 1win account. It’s now been 3 full days, and the money still hasn’t shown up in my balance. When I reached out to customer service, they told me to wait 24 hours. I did. Still nothing. Then they said the transaction was under “review”—but it’s been stuck in that status ever since.
Every time I try to get help, the only response I receive is vague and passive: “We hope it gets resolved,” or “Let’s wait and see.” This is unacceptable. I deposited a significant amount of money, and I expect transparency and accountability.
Plenty of users play on your platform, and we should not be left in limbo after trusting you with our funds. ₺2,000 is not a small amount, and treating your users like this damages your reputation and drives players away.
1win, take this seriously and fix the issue now. I want my full deposit credited to my account immediately and a clear explanation of what went wrong.
There is no site as disgraceful as this. It's been 40 days and they still haven't deposited my 2,000 lira. I invested 2,000 lira on May 19th, but my money was not credited to the game. They said it was under review and pending. 30 days passed and still nothing. I talked to customer service, they said they would refund my money, asked for my IBAN, I sent it, and they said the transfer would be made to my IBAN. Even though they said 7 days, 10 days have passed and still no money. What kind of review is this? At first, your money is deposited and you play, but after a while, your money gets stuck. They say the payment center is separate and take your money. This is a fraudulent site, be careful when depositing money. This is the first time something like this has happened to me.
