I received confirmation that the transaction was approved, and I was issued multiple reference codes: payvip-749921, payvip-749923, payvip-749925, and payvip-7499217. Despite this confirmation, none of the funds have been credited to my bank account as of now.
I haven’t yet reached out directly to either 1Win or Enpara customer service, aside from the automated message stating the funds would be transferred “as soon as possible.” However, a considerable amount of time has passed, and the money is still missing. This delay is causing serious inconvenience and financial anxiety.
I urgently request that 1Win investigate this issue and ensure the ₺159,655 is transferred to my Enpara account immediately. A clear update and resolution must be provided without further delay.
